Maggie’s Place at Colonial Village is also unique in how we care for our residents. The inspiration for Maggie’s Place came from our own experiences in caring for our aging loved ones. Our village environment encourages actual family members to visit and naturally participate in the lives of their loved ones. And for spouses who may not need memory support, they can easily live at Colonial Village right next door.

Our Unique Approach

Maggie’s Place at Colonial Village is a special place designed to enhance the lives of our residents. In addition to five, single-story cottage-style homes nestled within beautifully landscaped grounds, residents can stroll down our common “Main Street” where they can explore sensory gardens, a walking path with benches, water features, and other gathering places. All of this revolves around a beautiful, vibrant and welcoming outdoor patio and clubhouse.
